This Chapter was founded on February 22, 1996. Lambda Alpha Epsilon XN is Radford University’s only national co-ed criminal justice fraternity. The focus of the fraternity is the furthering of Criminal Justice education and support through professional interaction with criminal justice agencies in our community.
Our Story
In 1996, a group of bright, determined and like-minded individuals set out to establish Lambda Alpha Epsilon. Their courage to start a new chapter speaks volumes about who they were, and we’re honored to follow in their footsteps. Our Professional Fraternity represents a group of diverse people who always strive for the highest level of excellence, as our founders intended. Shared goals and interests in areas of service, academics and building solid relationships hold our chapter together and define who are we.

Lambda Alpha Epsilon is an academic fraternity dedicated to promoting the study and practice of Criminal Justice and providing members with the necessary skills to excel in their professional fields. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and countries, united by our shared passion for learning and helping the community. We strive to provide our members with the opportunity to build meaningful connections and a wide network of support. Through our events and activities, we strive to inspire our members to become successful in their chosen field, while also deepening their understanding of Criminal Justice.
